I took the tray off n seen what looked like tape after taking that off now it wont load the photo paper tried to put the tape back and its still failing to load what can be done to make it load again n if it was the tape piece can u email me EXACTLY where to put it as I love the printer but it wont load at this point I also have the sprocket and havent had any issues thats why I brought the studio please help me as this is useless right now
