数日前にスプロケットセレクトを購入したばかりです。急速充電器やラップトップなど、さまざまなポートを試して充電しましたが、充電ライトはずっと赤く点滅しています。これがプリンターの故障かどうかわかりません。製品番号は5XH49Aです。

I see that the printer has blinking light issues, follow the steps from the document Blinking Red Status Indicator Light to isolate and resolve the issue.
