Sprocket 200を購入したばかりで、iPhoneと接続できません。携帯電話に最新のアップデートを使用しています。スプロケットと私の電話は完全に充電されています。Bluetoothがオンになっていることを再確認しました。スプロケットを何度もリセットし、アプリを何度か削除して再インストールしました。何も動作していません。バーの色が変わるのでファームウェアのアップデートが必要だとわかっていますが、携帯電話に接続するまでファームウェアを更新できないと思います。粘性のある円の中でIMOを感じるので、どんな提案も大歓迎です。
