スプロケットアプリでソフトウェアアップデートを入手した後、OGフォトスプロケットをBluetoothに接続できない

こんにちは、スプロケットアプリをリセットした後、スプロケット100をiPhone Bluetoothに接続するのに助けが必要です。ソフトウェアアップデートを入手した後、接続されなくなり、システムを忘れるというメッセージが表示され続け、それでも機能しませんでしたが、アプリを更新する前は完全に機能していました

    Welcome to the HP Support Community. I’d be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue. 
     
    This Sprocket does not support multiple Bluetooth connections. You need to forget the printer on all devices and then pair. 
     
    As you have already tried updating the app, please uninstall and reinstall the app using latest update.
