SprocketPlusを接続できません

スプロケットプラスをスプロケットアプリに追加しようとしています。しかし、私が試みるたびに、私はエラーを言い続けます。スプロケット200がiphoneでBluetoothを見つけられない誰か助けてもらえますか。
