新品のスプロケットプラス充電済みで電源が入らない

こんにちは、新しいSprocketPlusを入手しました。ライトが緑色に変わるまで充電されましたが、電源が入りません。ボタンを押したまま、用紙をセットし、ピンでリセットしてみました

    I see that the printer does not power on, if you have already performed the steps from the document Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
     
    Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
