今日、交換用のスプロケット200をメールで受け取りました。行って充電しました。後で戻ってオンにしようとすると、オンになりません。リセットしようとしましたが、何も起こりませんでした。私がどこかに行く前に誰かが私を助けてくれて、実際に動作するプリンターを手に入れてください

Welcome to HP support community.
Reset the printer
Make sure the printer is on.
Remove the paper cover.
Locate the Reset button.
With a paperclip or pin, press and hold the Reset button until the Charging Indicator light turns off.
The printer resets and turns off.
Replace the paper cover, and then turn on the printer.
