親愛なるHP、
昨日HPSprocketを購入し、写真を印刷してみました。印刷された写真の色は、私の携帯電話の写真とはかなり異なります。編集時に写真の露出を上げても、色が非常に暗くなる傾向があります。さらに、白の領域には青の色合いがあります。どうしたらいいですか？リセット、再調整、冷却、純正HP Zink紙の使用など、FAQセクションで推奨されているすべてのことを試しました。
ポータブルフォトプリンターは優れた印刷品質を提供しないことは理解していますが、これはちょっと受け入れられません。ご意見をお聞かせください。サンプルが必要な場合は、印刷された写真と実際の写真を提供させていただきます。

I understand that you have an HP Sprocket printer. I read that the colors of the printed photos deviate from the photos from your phone. The colors tend to be very dark even when you boost the exposure of the photo when editing. In addition, there are shades of blue at the area of whites. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.
I suggest you to contact our HP phone support to explore the hardware service options because the steps mentioned under. “What can I do to improve print quality?” under FAQs should fix the issue. If not then the evidence points towards a hardware issue with the HP Sprocket.
