印刷したいときにアプリが突然閉じる

Sprocketで印刷を開始すると、アプリは突然閉じますが、プリンターは接続されて更新されます。私はiOS9を搭載したiPhoneを持っています。去年の夏、アプリは動作しますが、今はこの問題を解決する方法がわかりません

I’ve a simple Sprocket (not a Studio or a Plus one) and I’ve already tried the advices and procedures suggested by the links you kindly sent me but I couldn’t find anything about this specific problem (nothing mentioned about the App) : it seems to be a bug on the App.
