Il pacchetto di carta Zero Ink non conteneva 10 pezzi completi

Ho appena ricevuto il mio pacchetto di carta Zink Sprocket da 50 fogli per posta oggi da Amazon e 1 dei 5 pacchetti non conteneva 10 pezzi completi di carta, ma ne conteneva solo 8. Ogni pacchetto dovrebbe contenere 10 pezzi che sarebbero uguali a tutti i 50 che ho acquistato. Ho solo bisogno di sapere con chi devo parlare e se c'è qualcosa che si può fare a causa di questo. Non sono arrabbiato perché mancano solo 2 fogli che mi lasciano 48 in totale, ma ho pagato 50 e vorrei qualcosa in cambio. Grazie molte!-PS Non sapevo dove metterlo nei forum e non sapevo nemmeno dove trovare supporto per questo, quindi scusa se questo è nel posto sbagliato ahah

I would suggest contacting them through Amazon. I would also suggest keeping the box and inner wrapper for the 10 sheet pack that was short, they may want to get the lot numbers.

The package was completely unopened and had no sign of it being open. The individual packages were also sealed completely and nothing was wrong. The seller was HP on Amazon that is why I came here. But would i have to contact them through Amazon? Here is a picture of the seller: https://ibb.co/K9GyyZz I did not know how to upload a pic directly to here so that is why i made a link of the photo.
Was the package sealed or had it been opened? I would suggest you contact the seller on Amazon for a partial refund.
