Qualità di stampa molto scarsa

La mia ruota dentata sta stampando foto di qualità molto scarsa. Sono sfocati e sono fuori colore. Ho seguito tutti i passaggi per provare a risolverlo come l'aggiornamento del firmware e l'utilizzo di vera carta zincata, ma la qualità è ancora molto scarsa.
