Individua il pulsante di ripristino sul tuo Sprocket (un piccolo pulsante che ti servirà una graffetta per premere) e premi il pulsante finché il tuo Sprocket non si spegne. Dopo aver riavviato i dispositivi, prova a configurare nuovamente il telefono con Sprocket. Assicurati di non tenere premuto questo pulsante troppo a lungo per evitare di eseguire un ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica sulla stampante.

Mine just flashes red repeatedly and I’ve tried the reset option – made no difference. There’s obviously a problem with the battery

Let us try to reset the printer, here is how you do it-
Reset your sprocket
Turn on the Sprocket.
Remove the Paper Cover, and then use a narrow object, such as a pen or paperclip, to press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds until the Sprocket turns off.
NOTE:
The location of the Reset button varies by Sprocket model. Typically, the button is located underneath the Paper Cover, but can also be found on the outside next to the charging port.

Turn on the Sprocket.
