L'app HP Sprocket continua a bloccarsi

Ogni volta che provo a stampare un'immagine dal mio HP Sprocket, l'app si arresta in modo anomalo ogni volta che premo l'immagine nella mia galleria.

Hello. I’m trying to print a couple pictures for a friend. And the app lets me get in, but when I try to click to print the app crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. But still crashes. Is there another way to fix this?

I’d like to help!

What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?

Meanwhile, try and uninstall the app and renstall it and then try and print.
