Il pignone non si carica o non si accende

Ho problemi con il pignone hp. L'ho acquistato di recente circa 2 giorni fa e ora ogni volta che provo a caricarlo la spia di ricarica è rossa fissa e quindi la luce si spegne. Ho provato a resettarlo e ad accenderlo e non funziona. Per favore aiuto.

my sprocket 2-in-1 will not turn on and it doesn’t light up when charging. it won’t turn on how many times i try. please help i love this thing !

I did plug it in for it to charge but the red light would only stay on for about 10 minutes and then it goes off and I can’t print anything.

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeDid you try to plug the sprocket for charging: Does it light then? Can you try to make it print when charging? Could possibly indicate something about the issue.
