Luce lampeggiante rossa e verde del pignone

Quando si tenta di caricare la stampante Sprocket, le spie rossa e verde lampeggiano contemporaneamente. Ho ripristinato l'unità molte volte e, fino a poco tempo fa, l'unità e l'app non si accoppiavano anche se le impostazioni del mio telefono dicevano che erano collegate. Ora sembra caricarsi e alla fine vedo una luce bianca dopo averlo scollegato dall'USB. Ora sta anche stampando, anche se apparentemente non così nitido e nitido come prima. Le luci rosse e verdi simultanee continuano a lampeggiare durante la ricarica. A quanto pare non ho aggiornamenti firmware in sospeso. Qualche idea su qualcos'altro da provare? Ho un problema hardware con l'unità? Apprezzo il tuo contributo.

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeI see that the printer flashes red and green lights while charging, I’d recommend you refer to the document Blinking Red Status Indicator Light to resolve the issue.
