Linee/strisce di stampa dei pignoni

Ho visto molti altri thread più vecchi in cui viene discusso questo problema, ma non vedo alcuna conclusione.
Il mio Sprocket ha improvvisamente iniziato a stampare righe/strisce bianche su ogni stampa.
Ho provato tutti i passaggi menzionati dal manuale/guida HP, vale a dire. calibrando con la carta di colore blu, resettando la stampante, ma senza fortuna.
Immagino che il problema sia iniziato dopo aver aggiornato il firmware all'ultimo (1.1.8). Ho sprecato più carte Zink a causa di questo problema.
Qualsiasi direzione conclusiva aiuterà sicuramente.
C'è un modo per eseguire il downgrade del firmware e verificare se quella era la causa principale?

KUMAR0307 I am an HP EmployeeThere is no option to downgrade the firmware. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Improving Print Quality
If you have tried resetting the sprocket using the pin hole and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
