Sprocket Plus non rimarrà acceso senza tenere premuto il pulsante

Ho caricato completamente la nuova ruota dentata plus e ho utilizzato 1 lotto di 10 carte. Ho ricaricato e il pignone plus rimarrà acceso e stamperà solo se tengo premuto il pulsante di accensione. Ho resettato e sempre lo stesso. Per favore aiuto. Grazie

Reset the printer-
Remove the paper cover, insert a straight pin into the access point next to the input tray, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds. The Sprocket resets and turns off.
