La ruota dentata non trova la stampante

La mia app Sprocket non riesce a trovare la mia stampante. Ho provato tutti i 5 passaggi consigliati per la risoluzione dei problemi. Niente funziona. L'ho provato più volte.
Il mio Bluetooth è abilitato e anche la posizione è abilitata. L'app mostra anche che la stampante è accoppiata. Ma non vedo la mia stampante nell'elenco dei dispositivi nell'app. Sul mio dispositivo, il Bluetooth mostra che la stampante è connessa ma l'app Sprocket dice che non riesce a trovare il dispositivo.
Ieri è andato tutto bene. Ho aggiornato il mio telefono e le mie app e ora ho problemi.
Ho chiamato la linea di supporto. Sono stato in attesa per quasi 2 ore e poi qualcuno mi ha disconnesso. Ero molto arrabbiato. Spero che questo mi darà effettivamente delle risposte.

I just had the same issue and tried doing all of the steps on hp’s site. I finally deleted the app, version date 1/20, then downloaded the app again. It worked. The new app looks completely different but it connected right away during setup. Hope you get yours to work!
