La ruota dentata sta stampando in rosa

Ho ricevuto una stampante HP Sprocket 200 per Natale e l'ho usata solo di recente, ma ogni singola foto che stampo risulta rosa! Ho cercato su Google questo problema e ho seguito ogni singolo passaggio suggerito da altri utenti e dal supporto HP. Sono frustrato perché è nuovo di zecca. Qualche aiuto per favore?
