Il pignone non si accende

Ho comprato il pignone 2 ore fa da Best Buy. Quando sono entrato in macchina l'ho collegato e si è accesa una luce rossa. Dopo circa 5 minuti stavo testando i pulsanti e l'ho spento. Ora ogni volta che lo collego non succede nulla. Nessuna luce si accende e diventa leggermente caldo quando è collegato. Proverei a ripristinarlo ma non riesco ad accenderlo in primo luogo

Make sure the Charging cable is firmly plugged in.
Charge the Sprocket for 40mins and then try to Power it ON.
Try Resetting the Printer and check if it works
Remove the paper cover, insert a straight pin into the access point next to the input tray, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds. The Sprocket resets and turns off.
Turn on the Sprocket.
