L'app Sprocket è lenta e richiede un po' di tempo per la stampa

Pignone nuovo di zecca. 

Quando provo a stampare, l'app si blocca o non invia la foto alla stampante. Ho controllato la stampante e la coda dell'app e non viene visualizzato.  

 

Pochi minuti dopo (fino a 10 minuti) la stampante inizierà a stampare, ma non tutte le foto che ho provato. 

Ho resettato il pignone.  Ripristina il mio telefono.  Disinstallato e reinstallato l'app più volte.  

Il mio telefono è un oppo che funziona sul sistema operativo Android 10

    What model sprocket are you using?
    Have you tried connecting the sprocket to a different mobile device to check if the issue persists?
    If you have already tried resetting the sprocket and updating/reinstalling the app and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
