Sprocket 100 non si connette più al telefono

La mia ruota dentata funzionava bene, ma ora il mio telefono non riesce a collegarsi. L'ho ripristinato, l'ho dimenticato e ricollegato tramite Bluetooth. Tuttavia il telefono dice che c'è un errore durante l'installazione. Quando ho caricato l'app HP Sprocket su un nuovo telefono, l'associazione non è riuscita e HP Sprocket (46:E4) non è supportato. È possibile che l'app sia stata aggiornata ma non funziona più con Sprocket 100. C'è un modo per farla funzionare? Non riesco ad aggiornare il firmware perché il telefono non elenca mai la stampante.

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeIf you have already performed the steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers – Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
