Ho ancora 7 mesi di garanzia del produttore. Potresti consigliarmi come procedere per restituire la mia stampante fotografica HP Sprocket ad HP nel Regno Unito per la sostituzione?
La qualità delle stampe è ora inaccettabile e il prodotto non è adatto allo scopo, nonostante abbia seguito i passaggi indicati nei forum ad altri utenti per risolvere lo stesso problema. Sembra che non sono solo.
Ho anche acquistato diversi nuovi pacchetti di carta e li ho provati anche io
Sembra che la magia all'interno sia svanita dopo solo ca. 40 stampe e 5 mesi.
