Problema connessione bluetooth Hp Sprocket Studio

Oggi ho ricevuto la mia stampante.ha stampato due immagini e si è collegato subito al bluetooth.la stampante si è spenta improvvisamente e successivamente la stampante non è più arrivata sotto il bluetooth.ho provato di tutto.cosa potrebbe esserci di sbagliato? il campo "seleziona un accessorio" è vuoto quando provo a stampare.non riesce a trovare la stampante.provato con due telefoni iPhone e riavviato tutto.aiutami per favore.

KUMAR0307 I am an HP EmployeeTo know how to setup the Sprocket, kindly refer to this document.
If you are having issues while connecting or printing, perform the steps mentioned here.
Check for any software updates on the iOS device.
Go to Settings > General > Update the software
