Le stampe sono gialle - il colore è molto spento

Vorrei poter trovare qualcuno a cui inviare un'e-mail in merito, ma non c'è e-mail da nessuna parte sul sito di HP. Suppongo che sia di progettazione.

Ho acquistato online una stampante fotografica HP Sprocket come nuova qualche settimana fa. I colori sono terribili. Molto giallo. Ho aggiornato il mio firmware. Ho usato la carta di calibrazione blu. Niente fa la differenza. Sono sul mio secondo pacco di carta ora e le stampe sono terribili. Non riesco nemmeno a controllare lo stato della garanzia.


Ho qualche opzione qui o è solo quello con cui sono bloccato?

  • Hello Roopa! Thank you for replying. I have tried all the items suggested in the attachment; I am using HP Zink paper, the firmware is updated, checked and cleaned rollers, tried new paper, disabled Reveal, etc.I did attempt to check the warranty for this machine, but 1) I bought it 2ndhand and 2) it says it cannot find any information for my machine when I look it up by serial # and product #. Any other suggestions?

    To fix the print quality issue, please try the steps suggest in the following document: Click here
    If you have already tried all the steps and issue persists, please call our HP Support regarding warranty and service options.
    Click on this link – http://www.hp.com/contacthp/  
    Select the product type. 
    Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option. 
    Select the country from the drop-down. 
    You should see the HP Support number or Chat option listed. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
