Stampante - pignone 200

La mia stampante non funziona. Lampeggia in rosso mentre è in carica ma è stato in carica tutta la notte, se rimuovo il caricabatterie e provo ad accendere il pignone non succede nulla, non importa per quanto tempo tengo premuto il pulsante o quante volte lo premo. Ho provato a premere il pulsante di ripristino mentre la stampante era in carica e la luce bianca all'altra estremità della stampante ha iniziato a lampeggiare. Non riesco a trovare risposte da nessuna parte su Internet per questo o nella guida che ottieni quando ottieni la stampante. Ho anche provato un ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica e non ha funzionato perché non riesco ad accendere la stampante quando non è in carica. Qualche idea a tutti?????

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

Select the country.
Enter the serial of your device.
Select the country from the drop-down.
Click on “Show Options”.Fill the web-form.
A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
