il vassoio della carta non si riattiva

Ho inavvertitamente estratto completamente il vassoio della carta durante il tentativo di caricare la carta fotografica. Ora si aggancia prima che sia completamente dentro! Aiuto! Cosa sta causando la sua cessazione di andare fino in fondo?

    Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 
     
    I understand that you removed the photo tray out completely and are unable to install it back, is that right?
    Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 
    Have you tried to install the photo tray when the printer is off?
     
    Found this YouTube video which should help you in installing the printer correctly. 
    Please go through the Video and let me know if it worked for you. 
    Also, refer HP OfficeJet Pro 8700 Printers – ‘Out of Paper’ Displays, Printer Does Not Pick Up Paper
