La mia ruota dentata non reggerà la carica e lampeggerà continuamente in rosso/verde

Ciao,

 

Ho un pignone che ha smesso di tenere una carica. Ha iniziato a lampeggiare in rosso e verde contemporaneamente.

Ho trovato alcune risposte sul ripristino, la reinstallazione dell'app, ecc. E le ho provate tutte e non funziona nulla. Non manterrà una carica abbastanza a lungo per fare qualcosa. Mi piacerebbe un contatto per parlare con una persona reale.

    HP Sprocket requires 60-90 minutes to fully charge the battery. If the printer is not powering on after a sufficient amount of charging, then its a possible hardware failure.
