La mia stampante ha smesso di funzionare, ma prima stampava. Quando è collegato al caricatore e collegato, sembra essere in carica, mostrando spesso una luce verde. Tuttavia, quando lo scollego, non si accende e quando lo ricollego, mostra una luce rossa, non importa per quanto tempo l'ho caricato in precedenza. Ho provato a ripristinare il sistema senza fortuna e inoltre la mia stampante non funzionerà né si collegherà al telefono quando è collegata e in carica. Per favore aiuto!

Hi @rosie_macWelcome to the HP Support Community. Try power resetting the Printer and check if it helps
Turn on the printer.
Locate the reset button near the charging port.Figure : Locating the reset button
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
Also, try a factory reset
KUMAR0307 I am an HP EmployeeTo factory reset the printer you need to hold the power button down for 7 seconds until LED flashes and then press the power button once to power off the device and then turn it back on.

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
