Il mio pignone è pieno solo al 100% durante la ricarica

Ciao.
1. Il mio HP Sprocket Plus lampeggia in rosso e giallo molto velocemente sull'indicatore di carica quando è in carica.
2. Posso accenderlo solo quando è in carica e stampa in bianco. Quando rimuovo il cavo dalla ricarica, non può essere acceso.
3. Quando il pignone è carico, si riflette come batteria al 100% ma quando viene rimosso dice 0%.
Spero che questo problema possa essere risolto.

Reset the printer
Turn on the printer.
Remove the paper cover by sliding it away from the output slot, and then set it aside.
Slide the paper cover
Remove the paper cover
Locate the Reset button.
Gently insert a straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
