Uno dei principali fattori distintivi di Sprocket Studio è che richiede una connessione di alimentazione. L'alimentatore incluso funziona con qualsiasi presa standard, oppure puoi acquistare il power bank aggiuntivo per utilizzare questa stampante in movimento. Pur non essendo portatile come Sprocket o Sprocket Select, Sprocket Studio può comunque adattarsi perfettamente a borse e zaini per un uso portatile.
