C'è un modo per aggiornare il firmware senza connettersi al dispositivo Android?

Il mio pignone non si collegherà a nessuno dei miei dispositivi. Sospetto che ciò sia dovuto al fatto che il firmware deve essere aggiornato ma non posso farlo senza una connessione. L'ho caricato completamente, disconnesso/dimenticato, ricollegato, disinstallato e reinstallato l'app, ripristinato il pignone e l'ho provato su più dispositivi. Eventuali suggerimenti ricevuti con gratitudine.

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your HP Sprocket will not connect to android device. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
Reset the printer.
Turn on the printer.
Locate the reset button near the charging port.

Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
I did some research and found that there is no firmware update available as of now for the HP Sprocket printers. If there is any firmware update released then you may update it via the sprocket app. Please refer to “Update the printer firmware” mentioned under “What if the printer does not print?” from this link.
