Ho un vecchio Sprocket 5A:3E, a quanto pare, dal momento che non lo uso da un po', l'app non riconosce più il modello. Ho cancellato l'app 2 volte e l'ho rimessa sul mio iPhone. All'inizio si collegava tramite Bluetooth e chiedeva se poteva accedere alle mie foto, ora non lo fa nemmeno.
Ho ancora carta fotografica per questo, quindi non sono molto soddisfatto di HP per questo se il problema è il prodotto obsoleto. È ancora in condizioni pari al nuovo e completamente carica.

I took the Sprocket to my daughters house, she is a computer geek. It immediately worked. I have no idea why. I messed with it all day, deleted the app, deleted the Bluetooth, restarted my phone! She turned on the app and the option for the older model was there to select, and it connected and printed. Mystery!!!
