Il pignone HP non funziona

Oggi ho portato una ruota dentata per stampare alcune foto delle vacanze.
Ho caricato completamente la stampante, scaricato l'app e l'ho trovata sui miei telefoni Bluetooth.
Quando apro l'app e faccio clic sulle impostazioni della stampante, il menu non si apre.
Continuo a ricevere un messaggio di errore che dice che c'è stato un errore. A volte proverà a scaricare un aggiornamento e quindi questo non viene completato.
Nessuna immagine verrà stampata: continua a ricevere un messaggio che mi dice che la stampante non è connessa al Bluetooth.
Ho ripristinato il telefono, l'app e la stampante.
Oltre a rispedirlo e riavere indietro i miei soldi, non sono sicuro di cos'altro fare.

I understand that you are unable to pair your phone with the HP Sprocket, is that right?
Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
May the OS on the phone you are using and it’s version?
Recommend you install the latest version of the Sprocket app on your phone.
If possible, delete the app and reinstall it.
Try a reset as suggested in this HP Article.
