HP Sprocket non si collega

Il mio Sprocket non stava stampando. Quindi ho rimosso la stampante e l'ho rimossa dal mio Bluetooth. Ho anche cancellato l'app. Quindi ho scaricato nuovamente l'app e ho provato a ricollegare la mia stampante ma il mio telefono non la trova. Ho provato di tutto, ripristinando il mio telefono, ripristinando il pignone, lo chiami! Per favore fatemi sapere cos'altro posso fare, sono molto infastidito!

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers – Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
