Accessorio HP Sprocket Plus non supportato da questo dispositivo

Come mai una sola persona di HP non fornisce la risposta corretta alle persone che hanno problemi a connettere iPhone a HP Sprocket Plus? E perché è impossibile trovare queste informazioni senza rivolgersi all'assistenza HP? Il problema è che il firmware dell'HP Sprocket Plus non funziona con l'ultimo iOS 12.1.2 di Apple ed è così da più di un mese. Ancora non ci sono soluzioni e ancora non ci sono informazioni da HP. Non sono impressionato dal lento sviluppo di HP, quindi le persone devono aspettare molto tempo quando è disponibile una nuova versione di iOS. Cosa succede la prossima volta che iOS viene aggiornato? Né sono impressionato dal supporto di HP. Se solo avessi potuto pubblicare queste informazioni sul sito Web di supporto e dare un tempo ragionevole per risolvere il problema, tutto sarebbe andato bene. Ho comprato questo prodotto a dicembre e finora non sono stato in grado di usarlo affatto. Questo è un supporto orribile e immagino che verrà restituito al negozio.

 

Non ho problemi ad accettare che un aggiornamento software possa causare problemi, ma mi aspetto una soluzione entro un tempo ragionevole e supporto/informazioni esistenti per i clienti.

  • Thank you for your reply, but no solution for more than 6 months I ended up returning the product. So I do not have a Sprocket to test with anymore.

  • I know this is late but it’s the most recent post I could find on the topic. I have iOS 12.4 and the firmware on printer is 1.18. I connected without issue. Here’s what I did: settings —>Bluetooth —>sporcket Forget this device  then launch the sprocket app then turn on sprocketi was then prompted “device sprocket is trying to communicate” Allow/Deny i clicked Allow and was able to print note I switch between two iPhones with the device and I follow the above each time I need to swap photos es.  I hope this is kore helpful than the support responses I’ve seen. I for one would just like confirmation 1.18 is the correct version. C’est la vie
