Le mie foto sono sempre stampate con una tonalità verde.
- Le mie foto sono originali/non modificate
- La rivelazione è disattivata
- Ho ricalibrato la stampante con lo smartsheet
- Ho aggiornato il firmware
- Uso carta zink HP per pignoni
Tutte le mie foto hanno una sfumatura verde. Tuttavia, a volte, le modifiche che aggiungo dall'app HP Sprocket vengono stampate accuratamente. Ad esempio, la mia foto verrebbe stampata con una tonalità verde, ma il testo rosa che ho aggiunto dall'app verrebbe stampato in rosa.
Questo è frustrante poiché la mia garanzia è scaduta e la mia stampante non stampa foto con colori accurati.
