HP Sprocket 200 non si accende!

Ciao, mi è stato portato uno Sprocket 200 per natale, l'ho usato solo due volte e ora non riesco ad accendere la cosa. L'ho collegato al caricabatterie che mi ha dato una luce rossa, è stato collegato per circa 2-3 ore e ora quando lo collego la luce rossa si accende ma si spegne di nuovo dopo un paio di minuti. Non riesco ad accendere il dispositivo, quindi non si collegherà nemmeno al mio bluetooth sul mio iPhone. Ho provato a premere il pulsante di ripristino che non sembra fare nulla, ma ho letto online che il dispositivo deve essere acceso per ripristinarlo comunque e non riesco ad accenderlo. Qualcuno ha qualche idea?

To factory reset the Sprocket 200, you need to hold the power button until LED flashes rapidly then release button and press once more to power off. Then press again to power back on.
Using a paper clip on this printer model only clears the cache.
Refer to Step 4 in this document.
If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
