La ruota dentata HP 200 non si accende o non si ripristina

ciao sono nuovo di questo quindi ho portato il pignone hp 200 l'altro giorno ho dovuto stampare solo una foto l'ho spento è tornato ad esso e ora non si accende o non si ripristina l'ho lasciato in carica per vedere quello che farà e tutto ciò che mostra è la luce rossa, quindi si spegne e non farà nient'altro
