Stampa HP Sprocket 200 con tonalità rosa

Ho una stampante fotografica Sprocket 200 che stampa con una tonalità rosa. Non sembrano esserci aggiornamenti del firmware disponibili e ho provato a utilizzare il foglio colorato ma senza fortuna. Ho provato a stampare 3 volte con la stampante e ognuna è stata colorata di rosa. Davvero deluso perché la carta fotografica è molto costosa e queste foto fanno sembrare tutti abbronzati!

ECHO_LAKE I am an HP EmployeeI have done all these things and the printing is so bad. The colours are nothing like the original, there is a pink hue and the colours are washed out and some have lines through. I am also using the branded paper. What can I do? So much paper being wasted. So unhappy with this product.
