La stampante HP Sprocket 200 non si accende.completamente morto.

Stampante HP Sprocket 200. Completamente morto. Usato solo 3 volte al momento dell'acquisto. Non utilizzato da circa un anno e mezzo. Non si ricarica. Luce rossa lampeggiante. Il pulsante di accensione non produce nulla. Ho disinstallato l'app e reinstallata, ma l'app non riconosce il pignone. Stati che ha cercato e niente nelle vicinanze. Ho provato a premere con un perno il cerchietto sul lato del pignone e anche il cerchietto all'interno del pignone senza alcun risultato. Il pignone stesso sembra essere completamente morto. Gradirei qualsiasi assistenza per favore.

    Please try these steps - Blinking Red Charging Indicator Light
     
    If the issue still persists, I’d suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
     
    If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it’s most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
