HP Sprocket 200 non si carica o non si accende

Il mio Sprocket 200 si è caricato nelle ultime 3 ore e lo stato di carica non è cambiato. È stato rosso per tutto il tempo e la stampante stessa non si accende. Ho acquistato la stampante un anno prima e l'ho usata solo due volte, stampando circa 15 immagini. Stavo leggendo in giro e sembra che la stampante abbia un problema hardware. Purtroppo la garanzia del produttore è già scaduta, c'è un modo per risolverlo o sono solo bloccato con una stampante rotta?

@shanel0207, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I understand the Sprocket is not powering ON, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document. If the issue persists, I’m afraid this is a hardware issue. If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
