HP Sprocket 2-in-1 per la stampa di foto colorate in blu

Ho appena ricevuto la stampante HP Sprocket 2-in-1 ed ero così entusiasta, ma le mie foto vengono stampate con una sfumatura blu.
Per contesto, ho la carta Zink originale, il mio firmware è aggiornato, il mio vassoio è pulito, le immagini sono di buona qualità, ho provato a modificare le foto per vedere se ciò sarebbe d'aiuto (non è stato così). Ho resettato anche la stampante.
c'è una soluzione a questo? Sono davvero entusiasta di usarlo ma non voglio la tinta blu sulle mie foto.

Thanks Shadari. I’ve tried all those steps prior to posting and didn’t have any luck and had no luck with contacting support either. Hoping someone from HP will answer this thread and we can get some answers.
Hey! I’m not going to be able to offer much help because I have a similar issue with a pink/magenta tint. I was so excited to be able to print out images as well. Such a let down. Going to try contacting support to see if they can help.
