Luce verde e rossa lampeggiante durante la ricarica

Ogni volta che carico il pignone, le luci lampeggiano in verde e rosso e non si stampa. Ho provato tutte le soluzioni incluso l'aggiornamento del firmware, la reinstallazione dell'app e il ripristino del dispositivo. L'ultima volta che ho usato il pignone e ha funzionato è stato circa 2 mesi fa e non ho mai apportato modifiche o utilizzato carta da stampa non supportata. Grazie
