Lampeggia in verde e rosso e non si carica

Ho ricevuto la mia ruota dentata questo Natale, ho provato a caricarla e non si carica, quindi non si accende affatto quando provo a caricarla, le luci lampeggiano in verde e rosso, ho provato il reset e funziona correttamente, ho bisogno di aiuto.

    When was the last time the printer was working fine?
    Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
