Impossibile collegare la stampante al telefono

Ho avuto questa stampante per Natale. Fatto tutto ciò che è stato suggerito... Configurazione... Riavviato ecc. Semplicemente non si connette affatto al Bluetooth. Il mio dispositivo è difettoso. Ho provato a vedere se il firmware ha bisogno di un aggiornamento, non mi fa nemmeno entrare in quella sezione per guardare
