Pignone nuovo di zecca più carico non si accende

Ciao, abbiamo appena ricevuto un nuovo pignone plus. È stato caricato fino a quando la luce è diventata verde ma non si accende. Tenendo premuto il pulsante, la carta è caricata e ho provato a ripristinare con uno spillo

    I see that the printer does not power on, if you have already performed the steps from the document Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
     
    Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
