Ho appena ricevuto il mio pignone sostitutivo 200 per posta oggi. Sono andato e l'ho caricato. È tornato più tardi per provare ad accenderlo e non si accende. Ho provato a resettarlo e non è successo niente. Qualcuno, per favore, mi aiuti prima di andare da qualche altra parte per ottenere una stampante reale che funzioni

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Welcome to HP support community.
Reset the printer
Make sure the printer is on.
Remove the paper cover.
Locate the Reset button.
With a paperclip or pin, press and hold the Reset button until the Charging Indicator light turns off.
The printer resets and turns off.
Replace the paper cover, and then turn on the printer.
