Attualmente se l'iPhone ha iOS 11.2 installato, non può stampare o aggiornare il firmware poiché sembra esserci un bug del software che impedisce la comunicazione tra entrambi gli iPhone utilizzando iOS 11.2 e l'attuale app di stampa sprocket.

 

Ciò rende inutilizzabile l'aggiornamento del firmware e la sincronizzazione della stampa su iOS 11.2.

L'unica cosa che l'iPhone con iOS 11.2 può fare è accoppiarsi nelle impostazioni Bluetooth.

 

Ho seguito tutti i suggerimenti per la risoluzione dei problemi per questo dispositivo, quindi gli sviluppatori che pubblicano queste istruzioni sono oltremodo inutili.

 

 

Ho ripristinato il software del mio iPhone su iOS 11.1 e HP Sprocket funziona come previsto.

 

Nonostante quanto sopra, l'app HP Sprocket richiede disperatamente un aggiornamento per l'utilizzo con iOS 11.2.

  • The current firmware (1.1.5) won’t work with ios11.2.

  • It will not work.I used an Android phone to update the firmware.The printer still does not work with IOS 11.2.

  • Do you know if you can you update the printer firmware with iOS 11.0 iPhone and then upgrade and use it with iOS 11.2? I have an Android device and was planning to use it to udpate the printer firmware in hopes that it will then work with my iphone which is on iOS 11.2…
