I dispositivi Android non si collegheranno

Ho accoppiato la mia ruota dentata sia con il mio telefono che con il pad, ma nessuno dei due dispositivi si collegherà. Ho provato a ripristinare il pignone, a disinstallare e reinstallare l'app, dimenticando e riparando su entrambi i dispositivi. Tutto inutilmente. Non riesco ad aggiornare il sistema operativo senza collegarmi, quindi non ho idea di cosa fare dopo. Qualsiasi aiuto apprezzato.

Thanks for the reply. Since you’ve tried all the possible steps and the issue is not resolved, I suggest you to contact HP tech support and they would further help you. Issue will be taken care of, cheers

Thanks for the suggestions, I’ve tried every itteration but it will still not connect. I suspect the Sprocket’s opperating system needs updating but I can’t seem to do this without it connecting.
